What we collect and why
We process account details such as name and email, business profile information and assets you submit, review text you provide, generated content and reports, support messages, subscription and payment status, and security or operational records. These support account access, content drafting, billing, abuse prevention and customer support. Stripe handles card details; our application does not store full card numbers.
Only submit material you are authorized to share. Do not put passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information into prompts or support messages. We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing and other providers
Business information, relevant review text, prompts and support context may be sent to our AI provider to generate drafts and responses. Our current AI provider is RaunAI, accessed through an OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Other providers we use:
- RaunAI: AI processing of submitted context and generation requests.
- Render: application hosting and database infrastructure.
- Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing.
- Resend: transactional email delivery, including recipient addresses and email content.
- Cloudflare: DNS, security services, website hosting and object storage for business assets.
These providers process relevant data under their own terms and policies. We do not promise that every provider has identical retention, training, residency or deletion practices.
Manual publishing
Social, Google Business Profile and blog content is provided for manual copy-and-publish through your own accounts, not automatic posting. When you publish or share a draft externally, the destination platform's terms and privacy practices apply.
Retention, exports and deletion
After cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, canceled-account data is normally retained for 90 days. After that, a deletion request is created for human review; data is not automatically deleted on day 90. You can request an export or earlier deletion by contacting support. We verify authority and review requests. Deleting account data does not itself cancel a subscription or issue a refund. Security and audit records without customer content may remain, and providers may retain billing records as required by law.
Backups can retain copies under each provider's backup policy after deletion from the live application. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup.
